Nathan has over 13 years experience in the accounting and financial services industry having started his career at Big 4 global accounting firm KPMG. During his 8 years here, Nathan worked with many recognisable local and international business including a number of large publicly listed companies across a diverse range of industries including financial services, energy, natural resources and not-for-profits. Following his time at KPMG, Nathan then joined one of Australia’s largest lending institutions working as a Finance Partner supporting National Australia Bank’s micro and small business. It was during his time here that Nathan gained a genuine appreciation for the ongoing challenges faced by many small businesses in their attempt to optimise business performance whilst managing vigorous compliance and reporting obligations. It was at this point that Nathan decided to establish NVESTED Group for the sole purpose of providing small businesses with the structure and insights to run their business successfully.

Nathan specialises in advising small and medium business at varying stages of their business lifecycle and is passionate about achieving the best outcome for his clients. It’s a fundamental principle of Nathan’s and at the core of NVESTED Group’s value proposition that our services extend beyond traditional accountant-client relationships and provide our clients with knowledge, insights and sense of empowerment to own and operate their business effectively. Nathan’s highly tailored and personalised approach allows him to provide a service his clients value, understand and importantly have the confidence to act on.

Outside of work, Nathan is a passionate ‘foodie’ spending much of his time on weekends researching new cafes and restaurants in Melbourne and Adelaide. Recommendations this month… Mr Miyagi, Top Paddock and Ruby Red Flamingo.
